If you are eligible for a refund we can send a refund application to the airline on your behalf. When and if the request is granted by the airline and the amount has been refunded to us, we will process your refund in accordance with the airline’s policy and our Terms and Conditions, which you can find here. The refund amount will be paid out to your original form of payment.
Depending on the delays from the airlines the refund process can take between 2-8 weeks, and even longer in extreme cases after an application has been made to the airline. As soon as we get the funds from the airline we will send them to you; however, due to the large refund volumes we are handling because of the pandemic, the process on our end may also take a few weeks.
In case your booking includes several passengers, normally you can choose to rebook only one of them. You may also rebook the passengers at different times as long as the airline rebooking deadline and criteria are met. The exact rules are set by each airline.
